Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning), S&OP/IBP, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end supply planning projects, driving implementation initiatives, and delivering complex projects within defined timelines, budgets, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply planning projects involving the Blue Yonder ESP module.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, budget tracking, risk management, and governance activities.
• Drive supply chain transformation initiatives, process optimization, and planning solution implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Apply Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies based on project requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication, change management, issue resolution, and project reporting.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delivery disruptions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure effective coordination across all implementation phases.Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within supply chain planning and transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning).
• Hands-on experience with S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
• Strong understanding of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Planning processes.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end implementation and transformation projects.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and risk management skills.
• Experience in project budgeting, governance, vendor management, and change management.Preferred Candidate Profile
