Role Overview

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap for your category or platform. You will work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and Retail to build products and experiences that customers love and that grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for your area
  • Turn customer insights, data and business goals into clear priorities
  • Write clear PRDs and user stories, and manage the backlog
  • Lead product launches from idea to release, working closely with Engineering and Design
  • Track key metrics such as conversion, retention and NPS, and act on what the data shows
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to improve the customer journey across web, app and stores
  • Work with Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail teams to keep product, pricing and experience aligned
  • Study the market and competitors to spot new opportunities
  • Mentor junior product managers and share best Product management experience, ideally in D2C, e-commerce or consumer products
  • Proven record of launching and scaling products
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools such as GA, Mixpanel or SQL
  • Clear communication and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of the omnichannel customer journey
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
