Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Integrations Consultant to lead end-to-end Workday integration delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and ongoing production support.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday integration technologies and the ability to independently manage integration development, defect resolution, and production incidents within a global team environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements analysis, solution design, and development of Workday integrations.
- Design, build, and review integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, PECI, and PICOF.
- Perform unit testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle and facilitate defect review meetings.
- Support production deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve critical P1/P2 incidents.
- Handle production support tickets (P1–P4), bug fixes, maintenance, and minor enhancements.
- Maintain technical design documents and build documentation in line with established standards.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.🔹 Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Studio, PECI, and PICOF.
- Good understanding of Workday integrations and related business processes.
- Experience in SIT/UAT support, defect management, and production troubleshooting.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support global teams, including occasional out-of-hours calls for critical incidents.🔹 Good to Have
