Associate Technical Program Manager ( Contract Role)

Who we are looking for

We are open to two kinds of candidates. Both need a strong technical foundation—you

should be able to understand a system design, follow an engineering discussion and

ask the right questions.

● Engineers with an MBA / PGDM: You have an engineering degree, 1–3 years

of hands-on engineering or technical work, and a completed MBA or PGDM, with

your sights set on a TPM career.

● Engineers switching to TPM: You have worked as a software engineer or in a

similar technical IC role and want to move into program management.

What you will do

● Own a defined workstream within a cross-functional program, from scoping to

delivery, with a TPM as your mentor.

● Break objectives into milestones, track progress with data, and flag risks early.

● Work with engineers, EMs, product and business teams to unblock work and

drive decisions to closure.

● Improve how programs run with templates, dashboards, trackers, or small

automations, including AI tools you build.

What we are looking for

Must have

● A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical

field.

● Hands-on technical experience as an engineer or technical IC.

● Clear communication and structured problem solving: you can take an

ambiguous situation and turn it into a clear plan.

Good to have

● MBA/ PGDM (completed).

● Exposure to payments, fintech, or other regulated or high-availability systems.

● Prior experience coordinating a project, release or initiative across more than one

team.

● Something you have built with AI, such as an agent, a script or a workflow.
