WE’RE HIRING: TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Industry: IT Services & IT Consulting

Experience: 7+ Years

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Off: Two Saturdays off per month

Important Requirement: Candidates must have experience working in an IT services / service-based IT consulting company. Candidates from product-based industries may not be suitable for this position.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong technical expertise and excellent client management skills to lead end-to-end software development projects and manage international clients.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage software development projects from requirement gathering to deployment.

Handle international client communication, meetings, presentations, and project delivery.

Lead a team of 5–10 developers, QA engineers, designers, and mobile developers.

Manage project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

Coordinate WordPress, Shopify, Full Stack, AI, and Mobile Application projects.

Review technical architecture, APIs, backend solutions, and database design.

Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and status updates.

🔹 Required Technical Skills

Web Technologies: WordPress, Shopify, PHP, Laravel, React.js, Next.js, Node.js
Backend & Databases: REST APIs, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and basic DevOps
Project Management: SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools
Project Exposure: AI-based applications, SaaS platforms, CRM/ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and cloud-based applications

🔹 Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

7+ years of relevant experience, including experience in a service-based IT company.

Strong experience managing international clients and projects.

Proven ability to lead development teams of 5–10 members.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of backend development and system architecture.

PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
