About the role
A global organisation is building a capability centre in India and is hiring a leader to own its end-to-end Order-to-Cash service. The role covers Sales Support, Account Management Support, Marketing Support, Invoicing and Collections, and reports to the centre's General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Own the Order-to-Cash operating model, standard processes and controls.
- Lead teams across commercial support, invoicing and collections.
- Improve invoice accuracy and timeliness and reduce billing exceptions and rework.
- Track overdue receivables and disputes with regional finance and commercial teams.
- Set service levels, dashboards and review routines.
- Lead the transition of activities from the regions to India and drive automation.
About you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, commercial economics or operations management.
- Leadership experience in Order-to-Cash, commercial operations or finance operations.
- Experience leading teams that cover invoices and collections.
- Background in a shared service, Global Business Services, captive centre or BPO environment.
- Experience managing stakeholders and services across several countries or regions.
