We are seeking a Consultant - Product Management to be a part of the Finacle Product Management team and build next-gen enterprise banking solutions with a primary focus in the Corporate Lending space.

The role involves translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications, managing product backlogs, supporting agile delivery teams, and ensuring successful implementation of product capabilities.

Required Qualifications ( Experience in one or more of the below)

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance or related disciplines
• Engineering Graduates with exposure in any of the modules
• Candidates with relevant Banking experience
• 3-8 years of experience in Product Ownership, Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Banking Product Development.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with commercial or corporate banking platforms.
• Exposure to API-based and microservices-oriented banking platforms.
• Experience participating in end-to-end product delivery lifecycles.
• Experience in Digital Onboarding and / or Origination solution
• Experience in implementing AI based solutions in any of the above modulesThe ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Digital origination of retail SME/ Corporate loan origination and / or have worked in Limits and Exposure Management, coupled with a good understanding of Corporate Lending, Trade Finance, Credit Risk, Collateral Management, and Covenant Management processes.
