Fullstack Engineer (AI-first)

About the Role:

We’re hiring engineers who are focused on shipping new products from 0→1, working directly with founders, and building scalable systems in a manufacturing domain.

Company:

Indian multinational manufacturer of roller bearings. It was established in June 1965 as an Indo-French joint venture. More details will be shared after shortlisting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build new products and features end-to-end using AI coding tools (like Claude)
  • Build integrations and automations where required
  • Design scalable systems (0 → 1 and 1 → 10)
  • Work directly with founders on product and technical decisions
  • Take ideas from prototype → production

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience building & shipping real products
  • Strong hands-on coding skills (Node.js / React / Python)
  • Regular user of Claude/Cursor or similar AI coding tools
  • Strong product thinking and execution ability
  • Ability to work independently and move fast
