About The Role

We're growing our Test Data Management practice and looking for someone who can deliver TDM services across enterprise clients — provisioning compliant, production-like test data, masking sensitive data, and building the pipelines and automation that make test data fast, safe, and repeatable. You will work directly with client delivery teams, so this is a hands-on role with real customer exposure.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver test data solutions — data subsetting, masking/de-identification, and provisioning across lower environments
  • Build and maintain TDM pipelines and automation for refresh, provisioning, and self-service data requests
  • Profile source data and define masking rules that protect PII/PHI while keeping data referentially intact and realistic
  • Work across relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) — writing SQL, troubleshooting, and tuning
  • Partner with QA, dev, and client teams to understand data needs and turn them around quickly
  • Support compliance requirements (HIPAA/PII) and document what you build

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years in Test Data Management, data engineering, or database development
  • Strong SQL and solid understanding of relational database internals and referential integrity
  • Ideal candidate should've domain expertise in US Healthcare
  • Hands-on with a TDM/masking tool — Delphix, Informatica TDM, GenRocket, Broadcom/CA TDM, or similar
  • Experience with data masking/de-identification and subsetting
  • Handson development (Python / Java) and Scripting for automation (Python, shell, or similar)
  • Clear communicator who can work directly with clients
  • CI/CD and test automation exposure

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare/payer data experience and HIPAA familiarity
  • Cloud (Azure/AWS) and containerized deployment
  • Exposure to synthetic data generation
