Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 6-7 years of hands-on software development experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Golang, React.js, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and BigQuery, along with a solid understanding of modern product development practices.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and reliable applications, understanding business requirements, collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional teams, and contributing throughout the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Golang and React.js.
  • Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Golang.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
  • Design and implement data solutions using Google BigQuery.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage applications and services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Participate in the complete Product Development Life Cycle, including requirement analysis, design development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Work directly with customers to understand business needs, technical challenges, and expectations.
  • Conduct effective requirement gathering and analysis and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Take ownership of technical solutions and drive features from conception to production.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

Backend

  • Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go).
  • Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and Go programming practices.
  • Experience with SQL and database concepts.

Frontend

  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience developing responsive and scalable web applications.
  • Understanding of frontend architecture and state management.

Cloud & Data

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience with BigQuery and large-scale data processing.
  • Understanding of GCP services, cloud architecture, security, monitoring, and deployment.
  • Experience with CI/CD and cloud-based application deployment is preferred.

Product & Business Skills

  • Strong understanding of the Software/Product Development Life Cycle.
  • Excellent requirement gathering and analysis skills.
  • Ability to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience interacting directly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently drive requirements, clarify ambiguities, and communicate technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Functions.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of system design and scalable architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Exposure to observability, logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
