Education: B.Tech from a Tier-1 college (M.S / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT or a similar field preferred)

Experience: 3 - 5 years

You’ll work on a broad range of cutting-edge data science and machine learning problems across industries. You’ll engage directly with clients to understand their business context and turn complex, unstructured problems into data-driven solutions. If you enjoy this kind of work, we’d like to talk to you.

Function: Data Science and Analysis → Data Science / Machine Learning

What You’ll Do

Perform hypothesis testing, insight generation, root cause analysis and factor analysis
Develop predictive and prescriptive statistical models using machine learning techniques and algorithms
Train and test models, improve accuracy and monitor model performance
Extract data from EDW / big data platforms and prepare datasets (base data creation, aggregation, transformation) and perform EDA
Engage with clients to understand business needs and present findings

What We’re Looking For

3 - 5 years of relevant machine learning experience
Minimum 1 year of Generative AI experience
Fluency in at least one of Python, R or Java
Strong grounding in statistical and machine learning concepts and algorithms
Hands-on knowledge of Python libraries: SciPy, NumPy, Pandas, IPython, Scikit-learn
Knowledge of distributed big data processing (PySpark, Jupyter, Linux, AWS)
Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills
High sense of ownership, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong learning acumen and a love for technology
Team management skills (a plus)
