As a SAP AI Engineer you will design and develop GenAI and agentic AI solutions for SAP and enterprise use cases, with a focus on production-ready delivery, RAG-based approaches, Python development, and integration with SAP data, APIs, and technical landscapes. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problem statements, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build client relationships while navigating ambiguity and applying the firm’s methodologies and technology resources within our Advisory practice. In this role at PwC, you will help create AI accelerators for SAP transformation and delivery needs, apply software engineering discipline across testing, CI/CD, observability, and maintainability, and contribute to solutions that support finance, customer, and supply chain processes across SAP Core ERP programs.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and deploying SAP-focused GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for finance technology use cases
  • Building retrieval-augmented generation workflows using SAP data, technical documentation, and knowledge repositories
  • Developing Python-based AI services, APIs, and reusable accelerators for enterprise delivery programs
  • Integrating large language models with SAP applications, enterprise data sources, and cloud AI platforms
  • Implementing multi-agent orchestration, graph-based memory, and context-aware reasoning patterns
  • Creating evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, groundedness, performance, and model reliability
  • Applying software engineering practices across version control, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and security
  • Translating business and technical requirements into scalable AI solutions that support SAP transformation efforts
  • Reviewing deliverables from junior team members and guiding their work across assigned AI engineering tasks

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
  • Demonstrating SAP GenAI and Agentic AI solution delivery
  • Building RAG applications using enterprise SAP data
  • Applying Python for reusable AI services and APIs
  • Integrating LLMs with SAP BTP and S/4HANA environments
  • Translating client requirements into production-ready AI deliverables
