Project Role : AI / ML Engineer

Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Good to have skills : Agentic Design, Python (Programming Language), Large Language Models (LLMs)

Summary:

We are looking for an Agent Development Engineer with strong experience in Python, LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy LLM-powered AI agents using Python.
  • Design Agentic AI workflows, tool calling, and multi-agent systems.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
  • Integrate LLMs, vector databases, APIs, and external tools.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and improve agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
  • Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Agent Development.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Experience in AI/Agent development and agent frameworks.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Large Language Models, Agentic Design.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in full stack development.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable APIs and microservices.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices to support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Ability to optimize AI applications for performance and resource utilization.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agent Development.
  • Overall Experience should be 4-5 Years.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
