Role Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer - (Python) for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Python software development, backend engineering, API development, automation, databases, data processing, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and modern software-engineering practices.

The Software Engineer - (Python) will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Python-based applications, backend services, APIs, automation tools, data-processing workflows, databases, enterprise platforms, internal systems, and digital solutions.

Depending on project requirements, the role may involve Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, automation scripts, ETL workflows, microservices, Git, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, CI/CD, and related Python technologies.

Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, API development, automation, data processing, or related technology roles can apply.
  • Candidates currently working as Software Engineer - (Python), Python Software Engineer, Software Engineer Python, Software Engineer (Python), Software Engineer [Python], Python Developer, Backend Developer Python, Python Backend Engineer, Django Developer, FastAPI Developer, Application Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Junior Python Developer, Graduate Software Engineer, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
  • Basic to good knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Understanding of functions, classes, modules, packages, exception handling, file handling, data structures, algorithms, debugging, reusable code, and clean coding practices.
  • Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python web and backend frameworks will be beneficial.
  • Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, API design, API integration, and web services.
  • Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases will be beneficial.
  • Understanding of database design, joins, normalization, indexing, transactions, CRUD operations, queries, schemas, and basic query optimization will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, or similar libraries will be beneficial.
  • Exposure to automation scripts, workflow automation, reporting automation, scheduled jobs, file processing, or business-process automation will be considered an advantage.
  • Exposure to ETL/ELT workflows, data pipelines, data transformation, data validation, CSV/Excel processing, APIs, or database integration will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, scalable backend applications, or event-driven systems will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
  • Exposure to PyTest, unittest, Postman, API testing, unit testing, integration testing, or automated testing will be beneficial.
  • Exposure to Redis, Celery, Kafka, RabbitMQ, caching, background workers, asynchronous processing, or message queues will be considered an advantage.
  • Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, virtual environments, dependency management, application deployment, logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production-support concepts will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, API security, authentication, authorization, and application-security concepts will be beneficial.
  • Exposure to backend performance optimization, database tuning, caching, connection pooling, scalability, reliability, monitoring, and observability will be advantageous.
  • Exposure to serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions, or similar platforms will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
  • Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, generative AI, LLMs, data science, predictive analytics, or related Python-based technologies will be considered an additional advantage.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Plotly, or similar technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
  • Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, dashboards, analytics platforms, manufacturing systems, supply-chain applications, or enterprise software will be considered an additional advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, requirements gathering, user stories, technical documentation, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
  • Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable, reliable, maintainable, and secure Python software solutions.
  • Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
  • Internship, academic project, Python project, Django project, FastAPI project, backend project, automation project, data project, API project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
  • Candidates without previous full-time Python-development experience can also apply.
  • Strong willingness to learn new Python technologies, frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, automation tools, testing technologies, and modern software-engineering practices.
