Rise for Men is a fast-growing men’s grooming brand. We make hair and beard colour and grooming products for the modern Indian man.

About the Role

You will own everything between an idea and a product on the shelf. You will manage our manufacturers and vendors, take new products from concept to launch, keep the catalog accurate, and make sure production never becomes the reason we miss a sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with our contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers and other vendors
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms and lead times, and keep costs in check
  • Find and onboard new vendors, and build backups so we don’t depend on any single source
  • Visit manufacturers regularly to check production, quality and compliance
  • Take new products and variants from brief to launch: formulation briefs, samples, testing, packaging and artwork
  • Run sampling and approval cycles with manufacturers and keep to launch timelines
  • Handle product-related issues such as quality complaints, defective batches and packaging problems, and trace each one back to the cause with the vendor

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in sourcing, vendor management, product development or manufacturing, ideally in FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, beauty or D2C
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills, with a habit of chasing things until they’re done
  • Comfortable with numbers: costing, margins, production planning, Excel or Google Sheets
  • Clear communicator in Hindi and English, with the confidence to hold vendors to timelines and quality
  • Based in Delhi NCR
