We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, API integration, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java 8 and Java 17, XML/SOAP, JSON, and REST API documentation, along with experience in deployment tools, build automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

The candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with good communication abilities, as the role involves direct customer interaction and regular project updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8 and Java 17.
Develop and integrate web services using XML, SOAP, JSON, and REST APIs.
Work with API documentation and specifications using Swagger and YAML.
Perform API testing and troubleshooting using Postman and SoapUI.
Build, deploy, and manage applications on Apache Tomcat.
Use Maven for project build and dependency management.
Work with Jenkins and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
Use Git for source code management and version control.
Implement logging and debugging using Log4j.
Explore and leverage AI-based tools and automation techniques to improve development productivity.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with customers and stakeholders, providing regular updates on development progress and technical issues.

Required Skills:

8 to 11 years of strong hands-on experience in Core Java.
Expertise in JDK 8 or JDK 17.
Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Solid understanding of multithreading and concurrency (Executors, Synchronization, CompletableFuture, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka / Kafka Streaming.
Strong SQL and database experience with DB2, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
Experience in AWS Cloud services and application deployment.
Deep understanding of Java memory management and Garbage Collection mechanisms.
Experience in microservices architecture.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
