Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Strong Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
  • Hands-on experience with JBPM workflow design, development, and deployment
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
  • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of BPM concepts, process orchestration, business rules, and approval workflows
  • Relational databases and SQL query optimization
  • Git, Maven/Gradle, design patterns, and coding best practices
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Design and implement JBPM workflows and business process automation solutions
  • Integrate REST APIs with internal and external systems
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Configure workflows, task management, and approval mechanisms
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and application support
  • Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions
