Project Manager
About AI Case Leads
We connect people hurt in accidents with personal injury law firms across the US. Our team runs on software we build in-house. We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead our developers and keep every project on track.
About the role
You’ll manage our development team and own delivery across our internal products: our CRM, our dialer, an AI training app for our call reps, a marketing analytics app, and our hiring platform. You’ll turn business needs into clear tasks, keep developers moving, and make sure what ships actually works.
What you’ll do
- Lead a team of developers day to day: sprint planning, check-ins and clearing blockers
- Turn requests from sales, intake and marketing into clear specs with acceptance criteria
- Keep one prioritized roadmap across all products
- Track work in Linear and milestones in ClickUp so status is always current
- Test features before release, and run bugs from report to fix
- Send leadership a weekly written update: what shipped, what’s at risk, what’s next
- Keep specs and product docs organized in Google Drive
What you need
- 3+ years managing software projects with a team of developers
- Hands-on experience running sprints in Linear, Jira, ClickUp or similar
- Technical enough to read API docs and write acceptance criteria developers can’t misread
- Experience testing software and reproducing bugs
- Strong written and spoken English
- Based in Pakistan or India
Nice to have
- Experience with CRMs, dialers, call-center software or GoHighLevel
- Experience shipping AI-powered features
- Experience working with US companies
Hours and pay
- Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Central Time
- $1,500 USD per month
- Fully remote

Apply with your resume and answer a few short questions. If it’s a fit, we’ll invite you to an interview with our team. We will never ask you to pay for anything or share bank details before an offer.
