About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong core expertise in Shopify and D2C e-commerce to take ownership of the development, performance, maintenance, and overall technical ecosystem of the Ace Blend website.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Shopify development, full-stack technologies, custom app development, API integrations, and UI/UX implementation. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable digital solutions, improving the website experience, and independently managing technical requirements across the Shopify ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesShopify & Full-Stack Development

  • Own the end-to-end development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Shopify website.
  • Develop and customize Shopify themes, storefront features, pages, and customer journeys.
  • Work extensively with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant full-stack technologies.
  • Manage frontend and backend development, Shopify configurations, apps, and custom functionalities.
  • Build scalable and efficient solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, technical issues, and functionality-related concerns.Custom App & Feature Development
  • Develop and maintain custom Shopify apps and functionalities based on business requirements.
  • Build custom features, modules, workflows, and integrations to improve the D2C customer experience.
  • Work with Shopify APIs, webhooks, and third-party APIs.
  • Develop solutions that integrate Shopify with CRM, payment gateways, analytics, marketing, logistics, and other platforms.
  • Manage and enhance existing custom applications and technical integrations.UI/UX & Frontend Experience
  • Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into responsive, functional web interfaces.
  • Develop clean, user-friendly, and conversion-focused website interfaces.
  • Work closely with Design and Marketing teams to implement website layouts and customer journeys.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website usability, navigation, mobile experience, and overall customer experience.
  • Ensure designs are accurately implemented across desktop and mobile platforms.Website Performance & Technical SEO
  • Monitor and improve website speed, performance, scalability, and technical health.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
  • Implement technical SEO requirements including indexing, sitemap, redirects, metadata, structured elements, and website architecture.
  • Ensure the website is mobile-responsive and optimized across devices.
  • Monitor critical customer journeys such as product discovery, cart, checkout, and payment.D2C & E-commerce Development
  • Develop solutions specifically aligned with D2C e-commerce business requirements and customer journeys.
  • Implement website changes for product launches, offers, bundles, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Develop landing pages and campaign-specific website experiences.
  • Work on conversion-focused improvements across the website.
  • Understand e-commerce workflows, customer behavior, product structures, and online purchase journeys.Integrations & APIs
  • Manage integrations with CRM, payment gateways, analytics tools, marketing platforms, logistics platforms, and other third-party applications.
  • Develop and maintain API and webhook-based integrations.
  • Coordinate with external technology partners, agencies, and vendors for technical requirements.
  • Ensure data flows accurately and efficiently between Shopify and connected platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Business, Marketing, CRM, Content, and Design teams.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Provide technical recommendations for improving the website and digital experience.
  • Manage multiple development requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development with strong/core expertise in Shopify.
  • Mandatory experience working with D2C/e-commerce businesses and Shopify-based websites.
  • Strong expertise in Shopify, Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
  • Hands-on experience in custom Shopify app development and custom functionalities.
  • Strong experience with Shopify APIs, webhooks, third-party APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience working with CRM, payment, analytics, marketing, logistics, and other e-commerce integrations.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive interface development.
  • Experience in website performance optimization and technical SEO.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage the Shopify website and technical ecosystem end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of D2C customer journeys, e-commerce workflows, and conversion-focused website development.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced D2C environment and manage multiple priorities.
