As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure.   • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
  • Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
  • Experience working within agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
