Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure.   • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
  • Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
  • Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies to improve development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of backend development, including server-side programming and database management.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable and resilient applications.
  • Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing, debugging, and documentation.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
