Business System Analyst

Role Description The Business System Analyst will work on-site in Ujjain in a full-time capacity, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear system requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing existing workflows and systems, and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. The role involves preparing functional specifications, working closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation, and validating solutions through testing and user feedback. The analyst will support system configuration, create user documentation, and assist in training and change management to ensure successful adoption of new or enhanced systems. Regular reporting on project progress, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders is also part of this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis skills to evaluate current processes and define system solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder needs.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Relevant experience in technology-driven or AI-focused projects, especially in system implementation or optimization, is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools, process modeling techniques, and basic project management practices is an advantage.
