About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive Cloud and AI transformation initiatives while leading cross-functional engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in GenAI Agents, AWS Cloud, and Project Management, along with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs. This role combines strategic leadership, technical oversight, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence to modernize platforms, accelerate innovation, and enable AI-driven business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical leadership for Cloud and AI platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise technology strategy.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of AI platform strategies across enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Own and oversee AI and Data platform capabilities that support product vision, innovation, and business growth objectives.
  • Establish and enforce development standards, governance frameworks, security controls, and architectural best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams delivering Cloud, AI, and application modernization programs.
  • Mentor engineers and technical teams while promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support career development, coaching, and performance management initiatives for team members.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, resource management strategies, risk mitigation plans, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks and dependencies, and drive resolution of delivery challenges.
  • Champion automation, operational excellence, process optimization, and adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, scalability, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation roadmaps.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 8–12 years of experience in Project Management, Technology Delivery, Engineering Leadership, or Software Development roles.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience working with Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI Platforms, and AI-driven enterprise solutions.
  • Proven success leading large-scale software development, cloud transformation, and modernization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), architecture principles, governance models, and delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing globally distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong people leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team development capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and modern product delivery methodologies.
  • Experience defining and implementing technical standards, governance processes, and development frameworks.
  • Strong project planning, budgeting, forecasting, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud operations, automation strategies, and CI/CD adoption.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with execution-focused delivery management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Benefits:
