As an Associate, you will work closely with the senior leadership on problems related to business, product as well as learning experience. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, executing relentlessly and contributing to strategic projects that meaningfully impact the company’s trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve ambigious problems across different business verticals - a leaking sales funnel, growth optimization, product insights, process redesign.
• Combine primary and secondary sources of information, including desk research, expert interviews, surveys, user voice calls, and internal data, to synthesise to bring crisp POVs and actions
• Drive and manage multiple, diverse workstreams simultaneously, prioritising effectively
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality learner experiences.
• Identify problems and opportunities to improve our ways of working, enabling each team member and the company to reach their maximum potential

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical or business operations role
• UG from a Tier 1 institute
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Deep curiosity combined with an ability to get things done
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• High ownership, curiosity and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and cross-functional environment.
