The platform simplifies raw-material sourcing by connecting manufacturers with reliable suppliers and providing industry-specific data and BOM integration. BusBuild.shop also supports quality documentation and supply-chain solutions to make procurement more efficient and transparent. Role Description: The Co-Founder will be responsible for shaping the overall strategy and execution of BusBuild.shop’s marketplace operations. This full-time, on-site role in Indore involves driving business development, building supplier and manufacturer relationships, and overseeing key sales and marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include analyzing market data, refining product offerings, collaborating with technical and operations teams, and ensuring a seamless procurement experience for customers. The Co-Founder will also manage critical partnerships, contribute to fundraising and stakeholder communication, and help build a strong organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, procurement data, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to engage manufacturers, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
• Proven experience in sales and relationship management, ideally in B2B or industrial markets.
• Marketing skills to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Research skills to understand industry dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership, make decisions, and work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or marketplaces is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Comfort working on-site in Indore and collaborating closely with local industry stakeholders.
