Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Generative AI Lead to design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, AI agent frameworks, Python backend development, and Microsoft Azure. The role involves leading technical implementation and delivering scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications and LLM-powered solutions.
Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for document retrieval and contextual response generation.
Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and external tools.
Deploy and manage AI applications on Microsoft Azure.
Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes.
Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, latency, reliability, and cost.
Conduct code reviews, guide developers, and establish engineering best practices.
Ensure responsible AI practices, data security, monitoring, and production readiness.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or developer mentoring.
