Senior Front-End Engineer

We're hiring a senior front-end engineer to help build the next generation of our trader-facing products, working from existing prototypes and Figma designs. Remote, with 3–4 hours of daily overlap with Dubai (GST, UTC+4)

The product is designed and prototyped, and the supporting backend services are in progress. You own the front end end-to-end: architecture, real-time data, performance and quality. Market data updates constantly and the numbers are traders' money, so correctness and speed matter most.

Responsibilities

  • Build a mobile-first web app with full desktop layouts, from prototypes and Figma
  • Build real-time trading interfaces: live charts, order entry, positions and account data streaming over WebSockets
  • Build trader dashboards, onboarding, checkout and payments, profiles, and rewards and referral areas
  • Implement the design system from Figma tokens, with light and dark themes
  • Integrate with backend APIs and help shape their contracts
  • Own testing, CI, performance and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)
  • Work closely with product, design and backend engineering.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional front-end engineering, 3+ with React and TypeScript in production
  • Shipped at least one real-time trading or financial interface (broker, exchange, trading dashboard, prop firm platform or market-data product)
  • Deep experience with WebSocket streaming, high-frequency UI updates and render performance
  • Has built charting features (e.g. TradingView libraries) including custom overlays and interactions
  • Strong with Next.js and modern deployment platforms
  • Has implemented a design system from Figma tokens, with theming
  • Precise with financial numbers: decimal-safe arithmetic and formatting
  • Writes tests by default; comfortable owning CI and code review
  • Fluent written English; works independently with async feedback
  • Please include your GitHub and links to trading or financial interfaces you built (live URLs or screen recordings)
  • Understanding of leveraged trading (forex, CFDs, futures: leverage, margin, liquidation, risk limits) and funded-trader programmes
  • Experience integrating broker, exchange or market-data APIs

  • PWA and mobile-web performance tuning
  • Productive with AI-assisted development tools
  • Arabic/RTL support
