Role Overview

Lead the delivery of FLX ONE Cargo’s modular air cargo platform, coordinating across product, engineering, architecture, sales, and delivery teams. Drive roadmap execution, platform modernization, customer implementations, and legacy-to-new platform migrations while ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program delivery, including roadmap planning, releases, dependencies, budgets, and milestones.
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead migration and implementation programs, including data migration, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, delivery metrics, and executive reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams on delivery feasibility, timelines, and customer commitments.
  • Drive Agile governance, cross-team planning, and continuous process improvement.
  • Lead customer enablement, training readiness, and adoption planning.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years in Technical Project/Program Management.
  • 3+ years leading large-scale, multi-team enterprise platform delivery programs.
  • Strong experience with platform modernization, migrations, and legacy system transitions.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, microservices, cloud platforms, and data migration.
  • Experience working with customer implementation/professional services teams.
  • Strong stakeholder, risk, dependency, and executive communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Mandatory experience in Air Cargo, Airline, Aviation, or Logistics technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering SaaS platforms for enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with modular and multi-tenant architectures.
  • Experience managing global and distributed teams.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certification preferred.
