What you will do :

You will be the Co-Founder's extra pair of hands and sharp thinking, owning outcomes rather than tasks.

  • Drive cross-functional execution on the Co-Founder's top projects: set milestones, follow up with function leads and BU heads, and raise delays early
  • Research markets, competitors, products and partners, and turn findings into clear recommendations
  • Build decision-ready presentations, briefs and proposals for leadership, investors, partners and government stakeholders
  • Run trackers and dashboards across initiatives, and give the Co-Founder a crisp weekly status
  • Join key meetings alongside or on behalf of the Co-Founder, capture decisions and make sure they get done
  • Act as the link between the Co-Founder's office, business units and R&D teams

Ideal Candidate :

  • Experience in a founder's office, strategy or consulting, or program management role
  • B.Tech or M.Tech in an engineering discipline / Exposure to Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering Design/Tech
