Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for access management processes and technology initiatives.
  • Assess user access requests, role requirements, approval workflows, and access control processes in line with business needs.
  • Use SQL to extract, validate, and analyse data supporting access reviews, reporting, reconciliations, and operational decision-making.
  • Prepare process documentation, functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and data analysis outputs for delivery teams and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate requirement clarification, issue resolution, user acceptance activities, and implementation support across business and technology teams.Skills Required:
  • 6-12 years of relevant Business Analysis experience, with availability to join within 0-30 days preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with access management, identity and access processes, user provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access requirements.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying, validating, reconciling, and interpreting business data.
  • Ability to convert complex business needs into structured requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Experience supporting testing, reporting, integrations, and delivery activities for enterprise business or technology solutions.Good to Have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.Education: B.Tech or MBA degree.
