Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with 7–10 years of solid backend expertise to design, build, and optimize scalable features for a flagship, multi-tenant SaaS platform hosted on AWS. In this role, you will work within a high-performance engineering culture modernizing services, solving architectural bottlenecks, and delivering clean, reliable code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Engineering: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-throughput backend services and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core (.NET 6/7/8).
  • Architecture & Scalability: Collaborate with software architects and cross-functional teams to design scalable microservices and configure custom ASP.NET Core middleware.
  • Database & Performance Optimization: Write efficient relational database schemas and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and execution plans for high-volume transactions.
  • System Quality & Resilience: Drive test-driven development (TDD), write comprehensive unit tests, lead constructive code reviews, and diagnose production performance bottlenecks.
  • Cloud & DevOps Integration: Build and maintain cloud-native features deployed on AWS using containerization tools like Docker and automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior engineers on design best practices, clean coding standards (SOLID), and continuous delivery workflows.What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 7–10 years in backend/full-lifecycle software engineering using C# and .NET Core.
  • Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and relational databases (SQL Server).
  • Architectural Depth: Practical understanding of microservices architecture, ASP.NET Core middleware, OOP, and SOLID principles.
  • Cloud & Containers: Hands-on exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred, or Azure) along with Docker containerization and CI/CD practices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
