Summary

As an AI Product Management Practitioner, a typical day involves steering the creation and advancement of artificial intelligence products by working closely with diverse teams including data scientists, engineers, and various stakeholders. This role requires setting a clear vision and strategic direction for AI initiatives while ensuring that ethical considerations are integrated throughout the product lifecycle. The practitioner continuously evaluates the performance of AI models, making necessary adjustments based on real-world feedback and evolving requirements to deliver impactful and responsible AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional groups to ensure cohesive product development.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for AI integration and improvement within existing and new products.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance overall team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture.
  • Strong expertise in designing scalable AI systems and integrating data-driven solutions.
  • Experience in overseeing AI model lifecycle management including deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable product strategies.
  • Familiarity with ethical AI principles and their application in product development.
  • Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to align technical and business objectives.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AI & Data Solution Architecture.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
