Product Manager

Experience Range: With at least 7 years of product management experience, including substantial hands-on expertise with the Salesforce Platform and complex incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Resolve complex Level 3 incidents and production issues on the Salesforce Platform, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal business disruption.

2. Deliver high-complexity enhancements and integrations by leading cross-functional teams, driving technical solutions from concept through deployment with measurable impact.

3. Implement and manage production hotfixes, maintaining application stability and compliance with organizational standards.

4. Lead integration break-fix efforts, troubleshooting and optimizing interfaces between Salesforce and external systems to restore functionality and improve reliability.

5. Design, develop, and oversee custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Automation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

6. Configure and enhance Salesforce Platform security, sharing rules, and data modeling to meet business requirements and regulatory compliance.

7. Optimize platform performance and scalability through proactive monitoring, tuning, and automation, achieving targeted performance metrics.

8. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.

Required Skills:

1. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Platform configuration and administration

2. Expertise in JavaScript for custom development within Salesforce

3. Strong experience with Salesforce sharing and security models

4. Hands-on development with Salesforce Apex triggers and Apex programming

5. Proficient in Visualforce page creation and customization

6. Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and schema design

7. Development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern user interfaces

8. Automation using Salesforce Flow

9. Expertise in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) for data manipulation

10. Experience with Apex Web Services and asynchronous Apex processing

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with large-scale Salesforce integrations and API management

2. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments

3. Knowledge of advanced Salesforce analytics and reporting tools

4. Experience with enterprise-level data migration strategies

5. Understanding of Salesforce release management and sandbox strategies

Desired Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
