Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in Bengaluru East. The Python Developer will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and applications, ensuring clean, efficient, and reusable code. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing code, integrating with databases and APIs, and troubleshooting issues across development and production environments. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions, participating in code reviews, and contributing to best practices and documentation. The developer will also work on performance tuning, security enhancements, and continuous improvement of software development processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong programming foundation with experience in Python and general Programming concepts.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their practical application.
  • Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs and integration with front-end services.
  • Background in Software Development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Python Developer or in a closely related software engineering role.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Familiarity with common Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, or FastAPI) is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to write clean, testable code and use unit testing or automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong programming and coding skills, hands-on experience in Python 3+, and knowledge of Python frameworks and unit testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain applications using Python 3+.
  • Develop backend applications using Python frameworks such as Django and Flask.
  • Work with at least two Python frameworks, preferably Django and Flask.
  • Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to develop scalable and maintainable code.
  • Write clean, efficient, reusable and optimized Python code.
  • Develop and execute unit test cases using Python testing frameworks.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting and code optimization.
  • Work with SQL databases and perform basic database queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions.
  • Follow coding standards and development best practices.Required Technical Skills
