About Team Bliss:
Team Bliss is a Dutch consultancy of approximately 80 professionals specialized in project management, change management, and portfolio management. We facilitate the digitalization of the organization and the development of an AI-based change platform.
Role: Senior Solution Designer & Lead Developer - Creatio & AI Platform
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan, India (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Min 4 hours daily overlap with Central European Time (16:30 - 20:30 IST)
Gross Salary: ₹1,90,000 / month (₹22,80,000 / year) + 9% target annual bonus (₹2,05,200)
What You Will Own:
- Take over, document, and own the full technical architecture of the existing Creatio lead-to-cash implementation.
- Own solution design, custom business process development, workflow automation, and data model evolution in Creatio (C#, JavaScript, T-SQL).
- Design and implement integrations between Creatio and external systems (Exact Online, DocuSign, APIs).
- Contribute to the Python-based AI platform design, backend, data pipeline development, and agent tool orchestration.
- Set development standards, branching strategies, and deployment procedures using Claude Code and GitHub.
Required Skills:
- Business Analysis: Ability to engage stakeholders, map processes, and translate them into Creatio designs.
- Creatio: Minimum 3 years of Creatio development experience on production enterprise implementations (C#, JS, T-SQL, BPMN 2.0).
- AI & Code Tools: Python proficiency, daily usage of Claude Code, and GitHub branching/PR workflows.
- Certification: Creatio Academy certification or demonstrable equivalent knowledge.
Interview Stages:
1. Stage 1: 30-minute intro call.
2. Stage 2: Creatio technical screening & live Claude Code screening (eliminatory).
3. Stage 3: Final conversation with Directors.
