🚀 WE'RE HIRING | Technical Lead – IGA (Product Implementation)

Are you experienced in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA) and passionate about delivering technical implementations and client-focused solutions? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team!

📌 Position: Technical Lead – IGA (Product Implementation)

📍 Location: Mumbai (Mumbai-based candidates only)

💼 Experience: 3+ Years

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

🏢 Work Arrangement: Office + Client Site Visits (2–3 days per week)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize and implement IGA products based on client requirements.
  • Understand business requirements and map them to product functionalities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features.
  • Handle system integrations with various applications using APIs.
  • Prepare requirement specifications, project plans and implementation documentation.
  • Participate in project planning, solutioning and end-to-end implementation.
  • Coordinate with development teams, clients and implementation teams.
  • Manage project timelines, progress reporting and risk identification.
  • Handle data migration and ensure smooth project execution.

✅ Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Application Implementation/Rollouts or Business Analysis.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL queries and databases.
  • Practical experience in Data Migration.
  • Experience with API-based System Integration.
  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory.
  • Strong client interaction and communication skills.
  • Team handling/coordination experience.

⭐ Additional Advantage: Experience in IGA / IDAM / IAM / PAM solutions.

📌 Important Requirements:

  • Only Mumbai-based candidates.
  • Must be comfortable travelling to client locations in Thane, Airoli and Navi Mumbai 2–3 times a week.
  • Candidates with immediate to 15 days' notice period are preferred.
