Role Description The Senior NetSuite ERP and SuiteCommerce Specialist will lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of NetSuite ERP and SuiteCommerce solutions for international clients. This full-time, on-site role in Vadodara involves managing end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The specialist will handle day-to-day activities such as creating workflows and scripts, designing integrations with third-party applications, maintaining system performance, and troubleshooting issues. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical specifications, preparing documentation, and training users on best practices. The specialist will also analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and ensure solutions align with client objectives and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong NetSuite ERP expertise, including configuration, customization, workflows, scripting (SuiteScript), and role/permission management.
• Hands-on experience with SuiteCommerce (or SuiteCommerce Advanced), including storefront configuration, extensions, templates, and integrations.
• Proficiency in business process analysis across finance, inventory, order management, and e-commerce, with the ability to map requirements to NetSuite solutions.
• Solid understanding of integration technologies and APIs for connecting NetSuite with CRM, payment gateways, logistics, and other third-party systems.
• Experience with data migration, testing strategies, and system performance optimization within NetSuite environments.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and user training skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
• Proven track record in leading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite implementations or major enhancement projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, collaborate with global teams, and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Relevant NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCommerce Developer) are highly advantageous.
