We’re Hiring: AI/ML Expert

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Expert to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that address real business challenges. The role involves translating business requirements into data science use cases, building reliable machine learning models, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML projects across the full lifecycle—from problem definition and data preparation to model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, generate insights, and support business decisions.
• Develop and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models for use cases such as prediction, classification, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Build reproducible data pipelines and implement feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Work with software and data engineering teams to integrate models into applications through APIs and services.
• Implement MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, model versioning, automated deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Address data quality, model explainability, bias, privacy, and security throughout development.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, document solutions, and mentor team members.Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years and less than 6 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or AI solution development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Sound understanding of statistics, probability, experimental design, and model evaluation.
• Demonstrated experience deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production.
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills
• Experience with Generative AI, large language models, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or time-series forecasting.
• Familiarity with tools such as MLflow, Airflow, Spark, or Kubernetes.
• Experience evaluating AI solutions for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
