About the role Clients remember whether a project was delivered on time, communicated honestly and left them in control. As Delivery Manager you will make sure our projects run that way, and that the team has what it needs to do good work. What you will do

• Own delivery of several client projects at once: scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Turn the agreed scope into a plan with clear milestones the client can see and approve.
• Run regular check-ins with clients and the team, and keep a single, current view of status.
• Manage changes calmly: describe the impact on time and cost, agree it in writing, then update the plan.
• Spot risks early and raise them with a proposed way forward, not just a warning.
• Coordinate handover at the end: code, documents, accounts and a clear support arrangement.
• Help us improve how we estimate, so quotes get more accurate over time. What good looks like
• Clients are never surprised by a delay or an invoice.
• The team has clear priorities and can focus.
• Projects finish with documentation and ownership in the client's hands. Requirements

Must have

• 4+ years managing software or digital projects, ideally with client-facing delivery.
• Practical experience with agile or hybrid delivery and tools such as Jira, Linear or Trello.
• Strong written and spoken communication, including difficult conversations.
• Comfortable with budgets, estimates and change control.
• Understanding of the software lifecycle well enough to question estimates sensibly. Nice to have
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or similar, though real experience matters more.
• Experience with fixed-scope and ongoing support engagements.
• Previous work with agencies or consultancies.
