Senior AI Creative Technologist

ESGA
Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Work Mode: Remote

Engagement Duration: 3 months (Open-Ended).

We’re building ESGA’s AI creative production engine, and we want an expert to help us build it from scratch.

This is a short-term project with real ownership. You’ll test the latest AI tools, design the workflows our team will use every day, set up how production runs end to end, and map out how we scale to high-quality creative output for global brands.

The systems you build will become the foundation of how ESGA creates. If you love figuring out how AI production should work, not just using it, we’d love to talk.

What You Will Do

  • Map Production Capabilities: Define the production capabilities required across static imagery, design assets, motion, video, and campaign content.
  • Design the Process: Determine the right combination of AI tools, models, and production methods for each capability, assessed on quality, consistency, cost, and turnaround.
  • Build Systems: Design end-to-end workflows, SOPs, experimentation frameworks, and quality-control processes that improve production quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Define Requirements: Specify the talent, skills, tools, infrastructure, resources, and operating model required at each production stage.
  • Design creator evaluation: Design pilot projects, practical assessments, and scoring rubrics to evaluate and shortlist AI creators and production staff.
  • Build the Roadmap: Create a phased implementation plan outlining build priorities, hiring sequence, timelines, milestones, and readiness checklists.
  • Develop Client Documentation: Design and audit client-facing AI production documents, including AI usage logs, tool and model disclosures, creator inputs, subscription and licensing details.

Experience & Background

  • 5–10 years of experience across creative technology, generative AI production, creative operations, or AI-enabled content systems.
  • Hands-on proficiency with node-based and generative creative tools such as Higgsfield, ComfyUI, Flora, and similar platforms.
  • A track record of building repeatable AI workflows and production systems, not just generating assets.
  • Strong understanding of AI image and video generation: capabilities, limitations, output quality, licensing considerations, and practical production applications.
  • Experience evaluating emerging tools and translating experimentation into production-ready workflows.
  • A systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to connect creative requirements with the right tools, talent, and technology.
  • Ability to independently lead experimentation and develop a practical implementation roadmap.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • AI artists focused exclusively on generating individual images or videos without building repeatable workflows.
  • Candidates with only theoretical knowledge of AI tools and no hands-on experimentation experience.
  • Software engineers or model developers without experience in creative production.
