Data Mining Team Lead / Manager - Australian B2C Market

We are looking for a highly experienced, innovative, and target-driven Data Mining Team Leader / Manager to build and manage our in-house data mining team for the Australian B2C market.

Our business operates in the Australian private health insurance segment, supported by an in-house outbound sales team. We are looking for a leader who can can generate a consistent, high-volume supply of relevant, qualified, and sales-ready leads for our sales team.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of B2C data mining, lead generation strategies, data sourcing, database development, and the Australian consumer market. They should be capable of developing creative data acquisition strategies, identifying new data sources, building scalable processes, and establishing an in-house team that consistently delivers against defined lead generation targets.

Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in Data Mining, with at least 2 year of experience in the Australian market

Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month, depending on experience and capabilities + very attractive incentives

Shift Timing: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST
