What You'll Do

✅ Drive the definition, governance, and delivery of Finance data assets across Sodexo

✅ Act as a Product Manager for Finance data products and roadmaps

✅ Establish global data standards, quality frameworks, and governance practices

✅ Collaborate with Finance, Data, Digital, and Technology teams worldwide

✅ Manage Finance master data, reference data, APIs, and integrations

✅ Ensure data quality, compliance, and operational readiness across the organization

What We're Looking For

🔹 5-15 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Product Management

🔹 Strong Finance domain knowledge (Accounting, Controlling, Planning, Reporting, Consolidation)

🔹 Experience with Data Governance frameworks and Data Quality initiatives

🔹 Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, and Power BI

🔹 Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

🔹 Experience working in global and matrix environments

Preferred

⭐ CDMP Certification

⭐ Exposure to international Finance data programs

⭐ French and/or Portuguese language skills
