About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of Agentic AI initiatives across the product portfolio. This role will partner closely with product leaders, engineering teams, AI/ML specialists, architects, and business stakeholders to define and deliver next-generation AI-powered capabilities.

What You'll Do:
- Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs, work items, and delivery plans for Agentic AI initiatives across multiple product and engineering teams.
- Own and drive the product roadmap, implementation strategy, and execution plan for Agentic AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, architecture, and business teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead roadmap planning, milestone tracking, prioritization exercises, and release management activities.
- Identify and manage inter-team dependencies, delivery risks, resource constraints, and implementation challenges.
- Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, backlog grooming, and Agile delivery ceremonies.
- Drive stakeholder alignment through regular reviews, status reporting, roadmap updates, and executive communication.
- Partner with AI and engineering teams to define AI product requirements, Agentic AI workflows, and intelligent automation use cases.
- Coordinate with multiple Technical Product Managers and Product Owners to align roadmaps and delivery commitments.
- Track key product metrics, delivery milestones, adoption rates, business outcomes, and customer feedback.
- Support product strategy development, go-to-market planning, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or related leadership roles.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise software products and platform-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience managing AI/ML, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, or Data-Driven products.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures, AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, prioritization, release planning, and cross-functional delivery programs.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage complex cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and product delivery frameworks.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical and product specifications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle and modern cloud-based architectures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to drive alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple geographies.
- Ability to take ownership and accountability for end-to-end product delivery and business outcomes.
