Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of enterprise-grade .NET applications — from architecture design to deployment — ensuring performance, maintainability, and security.
Collaborate with product and QA teams to translate business requirements into clean, testable, and scalable code using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven components for high-availability systems.
Enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices across the team.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement monitoring/alerting using Azure Monitor or App Insights.
