We are looking for an experienced Product Owner - Services to join our Service Contract Generation team and take ownership of applications that are core to SoftwareOne’s Services business, including Solution Catalog, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and Pricebook. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate strategic objectives and user needs into clear product priorities and actionable requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across Services, Sales, Finance, Product and IT to ensure our solutions continue to support business growth, efficient operations, and customer value. This is an opportunity to combine product ownership with a strong understanding of Services processes, influencing how business-critical applications evolve while ensuring new capabilities deliver value and are successfully adopted by users.

Key Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog for Solution Catalog, CPQ, and Pricebook, aligning development priorities with strategic objectives and business value
Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, balancing competing priorities and making informed trade-offs
Partner with stakeholders across Services, Sales, Finance, and other functions to understand requirements, validate outcomes, and continuously improve solutions
Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Product and development teams to guide features from concept through delivery and ensure product increments meet agreed outcomes and quality standards
Monitor product performance, adoption, and user feedback to identify improvements and continuously evolve functionality
Support successful rollout and adoption through clear documentation, release communication, training, knowledge transfer, and collaboration with rollout, transition, and support teams Job Requirements
Solid experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related role within Services, SaaS, enterprise applications, or a similarly complex environment
Proven experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs and translating business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Good understanding of Services-related business processes, ideally including services sales, pricing models, contract structures, CPQ, Pricebook, or comparable quoting and pricing solutions
Hands-on experience working within Agile delivery environments, with knowledge of approaches such as SAFe, Scrum, or Lean Product Management
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate competing requirements, solve problems, and prioritize based on business outcomes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect business and technical stakeholders and work effectively across global teamsCompany description
