Role Description The Full-stack Developer role at Cybrogix is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications, including both front-end interfaces and back-end services. Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code; implementing responsive UI components; integrating APIs and databases; and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, participate in code reviews, debug and resolve issues, and contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation. The role also includes staying current with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve the development process and product quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining complete web applications.
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development, including Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development using server-side languages or frameworks, and working with RESTful APIs and databases.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative development workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, and basic DevOps practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, write clean and maintainable code, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
