Head of B2C Product (Transactions & Lending)

Sberbank is looking for a Head of B2C Product Development who will create from scratch and scale the next generation of payments, transactions and lending products. This is an opportunity to shape the product strategy, build the team, and lead the business.

Responsibilities

  • Own the B2C product strategy and roadmap across UPI, IMPS, bank transfers, payments, and other transaction-led products.
  • Lead lending products including personal loans, credit cards, and other consumer credit products.
  • Drive customer acquisition, activation, transaction frequency, engagement, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Build simple, seamless, and differentiated consumer journeys across payments and lending.  Build and lead a high-performing Product team.

Requierements

  • 10+ years of product experience, with strong B2C exposure.
  • Proven experience across transactional products (UPI/IMPS/payments) and lending products (loans/credit cards).
  • Experience scaling consumer financial products in a fintech, bank, NBFC, or digital financial-services environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, growth, transaction economics, credit/risk, and product metrics.
  • Strong product leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
