Senior SEO Executive
Role Description The Senior SEO Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions across client websites. Daily tasks include conducting in-depth keyword research, performing technical and on-page SEO audits, optimizing content and site structure, and managing link-building initiatives. The Senior SEO Executive will collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement best practices and ensure SEO is integrated into broader digital campaigns. The role also involves monitoring performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to refine strategy and achieve measurable growth for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core SEO execution, including Keyword Research and On-Page SEO.
- Hands-on experience in off-page optimization and authority building through Link Building.
- Proficiency in diagnostic and performance analysis through comprehensive SEO Audits.
- Understanding of integrated digital strategies, including Social Media Marketing aligned with SEO goals.
- Experience using SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth for multiple websites or brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4+ years of focused experience in SEO; agency experience and familiarity with modern digital marketing practices are preferred.
