Role Description The Asi. Account-Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves supporting senior account managers in handling client accounts, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery. The role includes maintaining accurate records of client interactions, tracking project milestones, and assisting with invoicing and payment follow-ups. The Asi. Account-Executive will communicate regularly with clients to address queries, share status updates, and help resolve operational issues in collaboration with the technical and project teams. The role also requires preparing basic reports, contributing to customer relationship-building activities, and supporting business development efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong client servicing and account management skills, including relationship-building, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess solid communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and professional email etiquette.
• Candidates should possess basic commercial and analytical skills, such as understanding quotations, cost estimates, and the ability to work with spreadsheets and reports.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including task prioritization, documentation accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess collaboration skills for working closely with sales, technical, and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; experience in industrial, engineering, or environmental solutions is an advantage.
• Comfort with MS Office and standard business software; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems will be beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and travel to client locations as required, with a strong interest in sustainable, environment-focused industrial solutions.
