Job Description

  • Build and maintain software solutions for business needs.
  • Write clear, reliable code that supports everyday system use.
  • Have end to end ownership
  • Review and fix issues to keep applications running smoothly.
  • Work with Technology teams to understand and deliver requirements.
  • Test software changes before release to reduce errors.
  • Improve existing features based on user and business needs.
  • Document code changes and technical processes clearly.
  • Help maintain stable systems for Recruitment operations

The Successful Applicant

2-4 years of software development experience

Strong coding and problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices

Experience with AI/ML applications, LLMs, or GenAI is a plus

Active GitHub profile or open-source contributions preferred

Demonstrated ownership and ability to independently build and ship products
